1/2 oz. Lime Juice (15 ml)
1/2 oz. Peter Heering (Cherry Brndy) (15 ml)
Dash Angostura Bitters
5 oz. Pineapple Juice (120 ml)((5 oz – most recipes in the USA translate this to 4 oz, but this is wrong. 30 ml is 1.2 oz, thus 120 ml 4.8 oz, which is clearly closer to 5 oz than 4 oz.))
1 1/4 oz. Gin (30 ml)
1/3 oz. Grenadine (10 ml)
1/4 oz. Bénédictine DOM (7.5 ml)
1/4 oz. Cointreau (7.5 ml)
